About The Position
Home Instead Northwich & Knutsford is a leading provider of in-home care services for older people. We offer competitive pay, fully funded training, and a supportive work environment. We are looking for individuals with a caring nature and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of our clients. No prior care experience is necessary as we provide comprehensive training. This role involves providing care and support to clients in their own homes within the Northwich, Knutsford, Tarporley, Holmes Chapel, and Sandbach areas.

- Must live within 15 miles of Northwich
Nice To Haves
- No prior care experience is needed - full training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Supporting clients with daily tasks, such as companionship and home help.
- Assisting clients with a variety of personal support.
- Supporting them to travel to routine appointments and days out.
- Prompting/supporting them to take their medication(s).
- Building a supportive relationship with clients and their wider family.
- Documenting completed tasks.
- Providing feedback to support the client’s ongoing person-centred care.
