We are looking for caring and compassionate people who want to make a difference in our clients' lives. We are currently recruiting in the Hereford for part time weekend am & pm hours.
Requirements
- Must be kind, caring, and compassionate.
- Must be over the age of 18.
- Must be a driver with access to your own car.
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
- Must be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of adults.
Responsibilities
- Provide non-medical care and companionship services for older people.
- Deliver personal care.
- Conduct minimum visits of one hour.
- Match clients with Care Professionals based on mutual interests and hobbies.
- Build bonds of trust with clients.
- Provide personalized support.
