About The Position

We believe care should never be rushed. That's why all our visits are a minimum of one hour, giving you time to provide care with patience, dignity and genuine connection. You'll be supported every step of the way by a professional, friendly local team who truly value what you do. You'll support older people and adults to remain independent, safe and comfortable in their own homes. Every visit lasts at least one hour, so you have the time to build genuine relationships with your clients and provide care without feeling rushed.

Requirements

• Caring, dependable and patient
• Available for mornings, weekends or evenings
• A good communicator with a passion for helping others
• Able to provide the right to work in the UK

Nice To Haves

• Experienced or new to care – what matters is your attitude and commitment to supporting others
• Applications are welcome from both drivers and non-drivers.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care and companionship
• Supporting with meals, medication and light household tasks
• Assisting with mobility and daily routines
