No previous experience required — full training provided

A Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

Support clients with daily living activities, including personal care and meal preparation
Build trusted relationships and provide emotional support
Assist with mobility, medication reminders, and overall well-being
Drive clients to appointments and social outings, ensuring comfort and safety
Keep accurate care records and communicate updates as needed
Work collaboratively with families and healthcare professionals to provide the highest standard of care
