As this is a community-based role, you will be traveling to support clients within their local communities. We proudly provide high-quality care across Basildon and the surrounding areas, primarily covering: Brentwood, Billericay, Harlow, Langdon Hills, Pitsea, Havering, Redbridge, Wickford, and the surrounding communities. Access to a vehicle and a full driving licence are required due to the geographical nature of the role. We know that traveling between clients is a core part of community care, so we make sure you are fully supported and compensated for your time on the road! We know how important work-life balance is. Whether you need shifts that work around family life, or you are looking for full-time consistency, we offer flexible patterns to suit your lifestyle (full-time, part-time, weekdays, and weekends available): Day Shifts: 7:00/8:00 AM – 3:00/4:00 PM Evening Shifts: 3:00/4:00 PM – 10:00 PM As a Care Professional, you’ll help clients live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes:

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with washing, dressing, toileting, and incontinence support.
  • Helping clients manage their prescriptions safely.
  • Assisting with cooking and nutrition.
  • Shopping and light housekeeping (laundry, tidying).
  • Providing vital emotional support and a friendly face.
  • Following personalised plans designed to promote dignity and independence.
