Care Assistant to CNA Pathway
About The Position

We're looking for passionate Care Assistants to assist in non-direct care of the Residents and perform supplemental duties to provide additional resources to Certified Nurse Aide. This role involves assisting residents to designated tables for meals/snacks, feeding assigned residents, cleaning and preparing resident rooms daily, providing one-to-one companionship to residents when directed by the Charge Nurse, and ensuring a safe environment.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Assists residents to designated table for meals/snacks.
- Feed assigned residents.
- Cleans and prepares resident room daily.
- Provides one to one companionship to residents when directed by Charge Nurse.
- Provides a safe environment.
