Candidates must reside in the El Paso, Texas area and be available to train and work onsite for the entire duration of the assignment, which is expected to continue to December 2026. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum one year of customer service experience resolving customer concerns; call center experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Intermediate computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a team.
  • Candidates must reside in El Paso, Texas.
  • Due to HIPAA regulations, employees must maintain the confidentiality of protected health information at all times.

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare or health insurance experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound welcome calls to newly enrolled health plan members.
  • Educate members about their healthcare benefits and available resources.
  • Verify member information and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Answer questions and resolve concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Identify member needs and connect them with appropriate services.
  • Navigate multiple computer systems while documenting interactions in real time.
  • Deliver a positive, personalized experience on every call.
  • Maintain compliance with quality, privacy, and HIPAA requirements.
