About The Position
Southwest Eye Institute has an amazing opportunity for a motivated BC/BE Retina Specialist to join our collegial team in West Texas. This role may also include some retina cases in Las Cruces, NM approximately 30 miles to the north. The team includes 6 surgeons, 6 optometrists, and dedicated technicians, scribes, and front office staff. For more than 35 years, Southwest Eye Institute has been providing cutting-edge medical and surgical eye care in Texas and New Mexico. We proudly offer the region's best LASIK eye surgery, building upon decades of experience and excellence with cutting-edge technology all in a comforting and welcoming clinic environment with an adjacent VIP Laser Center and Vista Surgery Center.

Responsibilities
- Provide cutting-edge medical and surgical eye care.
- Perform LASIK eye surgery.
- Conduct retina cases in El Paso, TX and potentially Las Cruces, NM.
