Requirements

High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent.
Open availability.
Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
Must be 21 years old (for Gaming Servers and Bartenders).
Must provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S.
Must be able to pass a mandatory drug test and criminal background check.
Must be able to lift and carry tools, supplies, and inventory up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to walk, stand, and bend at neck for 6 or more hours a day.
Position will require repetitive use of hands for the following actions; simple and power grasping, fine manipulation, pushing & pulling and reaching for entire shift.
Must be able to perform all essential duties with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

Be fully knowledgeable of the menu to inform customers of daily specials, answer questions and make recommendations.
Write customers' food orders on order slips and enter orders into computers for transmittal to kitchen staff.
Roll silverware.
Set up and prepare for the next shift.
Buss tables when needed after customers have finished dining.
Build a positive rapport with guests.
Work with a team and portray an upbeat attitude during shift.
