Requirements

• High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent.
• Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 21 years old (for Gaming Servers and Bartenders).
• Must provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S.
• Must be able to pass a mandatory drug test and criminal background check.
• Must be able to lift and carry tools, supplies, and inventory up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to walk, stand, and bend at the neck for 6 or more hours a day.
• Must be able to perform repetitive use of hands for simple and power grasping, fine manipulation, pushing & pulling, and reaching for the entire shift.
• Must be able to perform all essential duties with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Be fully knowledgeable of the menu to inform customers of daily specials, answer questions, and make recommendations.
• Write customers' food orders on order slips and enter orders into computers for transmittal to kitchen staff.
• Provide excellent guest service to reach the next level of customer service.
• Roll silverware, set up and prepare for the next shift, and bus tables when needed.
• Build a positive rapport with guests.
• Work with a team and portray an upbeat attitude during shifts.
• Display a positive, can-do attitude.
