About The Position
Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital, a member of Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic, is looking for experienced Full-time Cardiovascular Technologists to join our Cardiac Cath Lab team! Shift: Full-time Day Shift, 10hr shifts, Occasional on call/holidays/weekends, based on department needs The Cardiovascular Technologist will be responsible for assisting the Physician during procedures, analyzes hemodynamics and EKG, removes sheaths, and uses sterile technique to set up laboratory.
Requirements
- Associates degree required.
- AHA ACLS and BLS
- ARRT and/or RCIS required
Nice To Haves
- Completion of a certified vascular technician program preferred.
Responsibilities
- First assist supporting physicians at procedure table for cardiac caths diagnostic and intervention
- Ability to scrub into procedures
- Peripheral procedures diagnostic and interventions
- Pace maker insertions
