About The Position
Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital, a member of Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic, is looking for experienced Full-time Cardiovascular Technologists to join our Cardiac Cath Lab team! This is a Full-time Day Shift position with 10-hour shifts. Occasional on-call duties, holidays, and weekends may be required based on department needs. The Cardiovascular Technologist will be responsible for assisting the Physician during procedures, analyzing hemodynamics and EKG, removing sheaths, and using sterile technique to set up the laboratory.
Requirements
- Associates degree required
- AHA ACLS and BLS
- ARRT and/or RCIS required
Nice To Haves
- Completion of a certified vascular technician program preferred
Responsibilities
- First assist supporting physicians at procedure table for cardiac caths diagnostic and intervention
- Ability to scrub into procedures
- Peripheral procedures diagnostic and interventions
- Pace maker insertions
