About The Position
InterHealth Staffing, a staffing division of TGH, is offering 13-week seasonal assignments for Cardiovascular Invasive Tech Certified professionals. These assignments come with competitive base pay and the possibility of contract extensions. The seasonal program allows professionals to make an impact, gain valuable experience at a top academic medical center, and explore potential permanent roles. Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the specific division and be competent to work independently. The Cardiovascular Technologist RCIS and Registered Radiologic Technologist ARRT are qualified through specific didactic, laboratory, and clinical technological education to perform various cardiovascular/peripheral vascular diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience within the specific division being hired into.
- Deemed competent to work independently.
- Graduate from an accredited school Allied Health Services Cardiovascular Technology Invasive Program with Certification AS (Associate of Science) degree.
- Completion of 500hrs PCI certified working in a Cardiac Cath Lab in Hospital with Open Heart Surgery program.
- BLS and ACLS certification required.
- Registry eligible with RCIS or ARRT RT (R).
