About The Position

BayCare Medical Group is a physician led organization seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Cardiovascular & Thoracic Surgeon to join a well-established, high-performing surgical team. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a collaborative environment with strong institutional support and a growing cardiovascular program. Position Highlights Join a team of 3 experienced Cardiovascular & Thoracic Surgeons APP support to enhance workflow, efficiency, and patient care Established referral base with consistent case volume Access to advanced technology and operating rooms within the Heart Institute Collegial culture with multidisciplinary collaboration Practice Details Full spectrum of adult cardiovascular and thoracic surgery Strong hospital partnership and administrative support Emphasis on quality outcomes and patient-centered care Balanced call coverage shared among surgeons

Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiothoracic Surgery
Eligible for or active Florida medical license
Experience or interest in a team-based, high-acuity hospital setting
Commitment to clinical excellence and collaboration
Share call with three cardiothoracic surgeons.

Responsibilities

Full spectrum of adult cardiovascular and thoracic surgery
Balanced call coverage shared among surgeons
