About The Position
One of Upstate New York’s premiere medical groups is looking for a talented cardiothoracic radiologist to join our diverse group of 60 sub-specialty trained radiologists. This position encompasses interpretation of chest/cardiac CT, MRI and radiography for our growing cardiothoracic section across multiple hospital systems. Full-time or part-time candidates are encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- ABR board-certified/board-eligible
- Eligible for licensure in New York State
- ACGME-accredited radiology residency and a fellowship in cardiothoracic imaging, with board certification
Nice To Haves
- Sub-specialty fellowship in cardiothoracic imaging or equivalent experience preferred
- The ideal candidate is a team-player who has strong clinical skills, is committed to excellence and has interest in facilitating growth within the Cardiothoracic Radiology Division.
Responsibilities
- Interpret high volume chest CT and radiographs, participate in growing cardiac CT/MRI imaging services
- Emergency Department, Inpatient and Urgent Care
- Outpatient imaging, including oncologic imaging
- Lung Cancer Screening Programs
- Position can be tailored to include reading other radiologic subspecialties if desired
