About The Position

Virtua Cardiothoracic Surgery is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider to join their growing and highly collaborative team. This inpatient-based role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced Cardiothoracic Surgeons in both the operating room and hospital setting, providing exceptional care to patients throughout their surgical journey. The position highlights include full-time employment, three 12-hour shifts per week, an inpatient-only focus, a collaborative practice environment with Cardiothoracic Surgeons and multidisciplinary teams, and opportunities to participate in perioperative and postoperative patient management.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current or eligible for New Jersey licensure.

Nice To Haves

• Prior Cardiothoracic Surgery experience strongly preferred.
