Cardiology Physician (Non-Invasive)
About The Position
Bassett Healthcare Network, in central New York is seeking a Noninvasive Cardiologist to join our staff. The faculty practice consists of 15 cardiologists, 2 surgeons, and 18 advanced practice clinicians. The Bassett network includes over 400 employed practitioners. Practice within Bassett Healthcare Network, an integrated system delivering care across an 8-county region. Provide clinical and consultative care within the hospital and office setting. We offer a full range of noninvasive testing including MRI, CT, echo and nuclear cardiology. We have a busy noninvasive lab with over 10,000 echos and 2000 nuclear scans yearly, with dedicated reading time. To include: Outpatient, Inpatient and Regional Patient Care, Integrated EPIC Electronic Health Record, Medical and Rural Surgery residency programs, Cardiology Fellowship, Faculty teaching of our cardiology fellows, internal medicine residents, and medical students, Night call three times monthly with fellow and resident support. Requirements
- MD, DO or MBBS
- BC/BE in ABIM Cardiovascular Disease
- Completion of an accredited USA Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship
- New York State Licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- BLS Certification Required
- DEA required
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical and consultative care within the hospital and office setting.
- Faculty teaching of our cardiology fellows, internal medicine residents, and medical students.
