About The Position
A well-established, nonprofit, community-focused healthcare organization in the New Haven area is seeking a full-time Cardiology Nurse Practitioner to join its growing cardiovascular practice. The organization is academically affiliated with the Yale School of Medicine and is nationally recognized for patient-centered care, innovation, and clinical excellence. This is an outpatient-focused cardiology practice where the NP will collaborate with an experienced team of cardiologists and multidisciplinary providers. Responsibilities include evaluating, diagnosing, and managing patients with a variety of cardiovascular conditions, participating in treatment planning, patient education, and follow-up care. There is an opportunity to be involved in cardiac diagnostics and procedural support. An interest or experience in cardiac electrophysiology is a plus. The role offers a supportive, team-oriented clinical environment.
Requirements
- Nurse Practitioner certification
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Connecticut
- Strong clinical, communication, and patient-care skills
