About The Position

Our client is a well-established medical practice serving Hernando County, Florida, since 2000. Based in Brooksville, the practice provides primary care, cardiology, and diagnostic imaging services, including CT scans, ultrasounds, cardiac stress testing, and laboratory services. Its physicians and advanced practice providers emphasize compassionate, personalized care, preventive medicine, and chronic-condition management. The practice is seeking a Cardiology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. The role includes clinic visits and seeing patients at three surrounding hospitals, with a weekend requirement of 1:6.

Requirements

• Cardiology experience is required.
• A current Florida license is required.
• BLS and ACLS are required.

Responsibilities

• See 20 to 30 patients per day when in clinic.
• See patients at three surrounding hospitals.
• Be flexible with schedule availability.
• Participate in the weekend rotation, with a 1:6 requirement.
