About The Position

Atrium Health Sanger Heart & Vascular Institute at Kenilworth is seeking a full-time Cardiology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide quality care to the patients we serve in the Greater Charlotte region. This Advanced Practice Provider (APP) will function independently with support from local physicians. The role involves general cardiology outpatient coverage, with four 10-hour shifts per week. No weekends or holidays are required, and there is no call coverage. Requirements

• 2+ years of experience, Cardiology preferred.
• Graduation from an accredited NP or PA program.
• Current license to practice as a NP or PA in North Carolina.
• Current prescriptive privileges and DEA license required.
• BLS/ACLS Certified.
• Flexible and enjoys working with a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care to patients in the Greater Charlotte region.
• Function independently with support from local physicians.
• Provide general cardiology outpatient coverage.
• Work four 10-hour shifts per week.
