About The Position
Carle Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our Heart Failure Team at the Heart and Vascular Institute (HVI) in Urbana, Illinois. This position includes a blend of hospital rounding and consults as well as clinic work, which is located adjacent to the hospital. The typical schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, with expectations for weekends and holidays.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant
- Current Illinois registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse/physician assistant licensure
Nice To Haves
- APP experience preferred
- Experience working with cardiac patients preferred
