About The Position
This is a Locum Tenens position for a Cardiologist in Warsaw, IN. The role involves both inpatient and outpatient clinical coverage. The coverage period is from October 06, 2026, and is ongoing. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a minimum of 5 days per week. No Advanced Practice Provider (APP) support will be provided. This coverage is due to a vacancy while a long-term permanent search is conducted. The agency covers travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance.
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE)
- Licensed in Indiana (IN) or IMLC
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- Fellowship completion

- Experience in ICU
- Experience with Angioplasty - PTCA
- Experience with Intracoronary stent placement
- Experience with Atherectomy
- Experience with Electrophysiology
- Experience with Cardiac ablation
- Experience with Permanent pacemaker placement
- Experience with Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillator (AICD/ICD)
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient cardiology consultations and follow-up care.
- Manage clinic patients with cardiovascular conditions.
- Perform and interpret diagnostic tests including stress tests, echocardiograms, and nuclear cardiology studies.
- Provide inpatient rounding and consultation as needed.
- Collaborate with primary care and specialist physicians for comprehensive patient management.
