About The Position
Seeking a Cardiologist for a Locum Tenens position in Redding, CA. This is an outpatient role covering clinical duties only, with a need for supplemental coverage from June 1, 2026, ongoing. The schedule is typically 4-5 days per week, Monday-Thursday from 8 am to 5 pm with a 1-hour lunch, and Fridays from 8 am to 12 pm. The patient volume is around 20 per day, and the physician will be supported by a Medical Assistant, Clinical Supervisor, and RN. Duties include full-scope general cardiology, but no procedures are required. The facility uses Cerner EMR.
Requirements
- Active CA License
- Board Certified (BC)
- Clean record
