About The Position

Cooper University Health Care is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Cardiologist to join our dynamic and growing Department of Cardiology. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, compassionate care in both inpatient and outpatient settings and contribute to the academic mission through teaching and collaboration. We welcome Non-Invasive Cardiologists as well as those with fellowship training or interest in the following subspecialties: Advanced Cardiac Imaging, Advanced Heart Failure, Cardio-Obstetrics, Cardio-Oncology, Electrophysiology, Interventional Cardiology, Non-Invasive Cardiology, Preventative Cardiology, Sports Cardiology, Structural Heart.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school required.
• Board Certified/Eligible in Cardiology required.
• Eligible for medical licensure in the state of New Jersey required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive Cardiac care to patients with a wide range of conditions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including cardiothoracic surgery, cardio critical care, and rehabilitation.
• Participate in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows.
• Contribute to the development of subspecialty programs and services.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research as appropriate.
