About The Position

Mayo Clinic Health System in La Crosse, WI, is seeking a general, non-invasive Cardiologist to join their growing practice. The candidate will collaborate with a team of 8 other Mayo Cardiologists to deliver team-based care within a Mayo Clinic Health System community hospital. This facility offers a comprehensive range of cardiovascular services, including interventional cardiology and cardiac electrophysiology procedures. The role involves daily responsibilities such as performing TEEs, supervising Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants, managing patients in a clinic setting, and participating in inpatient hospital rotations, in addition to interpreting Echos.

Requirements

• General, non-invasive Cardiologist
• Ability to work with a collegial group of 8 other Mayo Cardiologists
• Provide team-based care
• Work in a Mayo Clinic Health System community hospital
• Provide a full spectrum of cardiovascular care including interventional cardiology and cardiac electrophysiology procedures

Nice To Haves

• Level III training/certification in Echo
• Additional skills in other imaging modalities (e.g., CT angiography, cardiac MRI and nuclear stress testing)
