About The Position

The Carding Batcher plays a critical role in the textile manufacturing process by preparing and feeding raw fibers into the carding machine to ensure optimal production quality and efficiency. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of textile manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and blend raw fibers according to batch specifications to ensure consistent quality.
• Feed fibers into the carding machine and monitor its operation to maintain optimal performance.
• Adjust machine settings as needed to address fiber inconsistencies or production issues.
• Inspect fiber quality before and after carding to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and reporting hazards.
• Collaborate with maintenance personnel to perform routine machine checks and minor repairs.
• Document production data and report any deviations or equipment malfunctions promptly.
