Navigate complex diagnostic studies by expertly maneuvering advanced imaging technology, ensuring every scan meets the highest clinical standards for accuracy. Advocate for patient safety and comfort by precisely positioning patients and maintaining rigorous quality control protocols throughout the imaging process. Translate technical findings into clinical value by identifying pathology and ensuring all data sent to PACS is comprehensive, accurate, and ready for immediate review. Maintain an efficient and high-standard care environment by managing advanced imaging equipment and procedural spaces, ensuring the department is always safe and optimized for the next patient.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Cardiographic Tech credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained within 12 Months (1 year) of hire date or job transfer date.
Cardiographic Tech specializing in Vascular Interpretation credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained within 12 Months (1 year) of hire date or job transfer date.
Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained within 12 Months (1 year) of hire date or job transfer date.
Cardiac Sonographer credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) obtained within 12 Months (1 year) of hire date or job transfer date.
Medical Sonographer credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) obtained within 12 Months (1 year) of hire date or job transfer date.
Sonography Tech specializing in Cardiac credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained within 12 Months (1 year) of hire date or job transfer date.
Sonography Tech specializing in Vascular Sonography credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) obtained within 12 Months (1 year) of hire date or job transfer date.
High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Must be a graduate of an accredited Cardiac Sonography or Diagnostic Medical Sonography program.
Hold an active Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (ARDMS) or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (CCI) credential, or successfully obtain the credential within 12 months of start date or transfer date.
