About The Position
A well-established healthcare facility just outside Choteau, Montana, seeks a Cardiac Sonographer to join its team. This is a full-time, permanent, Direct-Hire position. Day and Night Shifts are available. The facility is located a few hours from the Canadian border, offering access to Glacier National Park, the Bob Marshall Wilderness, and Swift Dam.
Requirements
- Must have a valid ARDMS or CCI.
- Previous Cardiac Sonography experience required.
- Must have or be willing to obtain a BLS Certification Required.
Responsibilities
- Ensures thorough patient preparation by answering questions, communicating special instructions with the supervising radiologist, and accurately recording exam times in the Radiology Information System (RIS) for timely access and interpretation.
- Maintaining ethical working relationships and good rapport with patients, staff, and interrelating hospitals or agencies.
- Calibrating and maintaining the equipment to ensure it is functioning properly and reporting any malfunctions or performance issues to the appropriate staff.
