Collaboration with other healthcare professionals for interpretation and assisting in training are also key aspects of the role. The position requires the ability to provide quality care to all age groups, from neonates to geriatrics, and demonstrates flexibility in learning new equipment and procedures. Understanding of sterile procedures and isolation precautions is necessary, along with proper precautions to avoid potential exposures. The role involves frequent walking, standing, pushing, and pulling, as well as reaching above shoulder level and occasional twisting. Strong verbal and written communication skills, good hearing, and visual acuity are essential.
