About The Position

Performs cardiac echocardiography tests for adult and geriatric patients using 2-D, M-mode, color flow mapping, and cardiac Doppler techniques. Maintains performance improvement documentation in cardiac and ultrasound in accordance with IAC.

Requirements

• Hold an appropriate echocardiography credential: RDCS from ARDMS; RCS or RCCS from CCI; CRCS from Sonography Canada; or ACS from CCI.
• Hold American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification.

Nice To Haves

• Membership in one or more professional societies related to sonography.
• Graduate of an accredited sonography or cardiovascular technology program.
