About The Position
Hospital located near Fort Wayne, Indiana is seeking a part-time, permanent Cardiac Sonographer Specialist to join their team! This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity with a Monday-Friday, Day shift schedule. The Cardiac Sonographer Specialist operates diagnostic ultrasound equipment and produces cardiac images according to policy/protocol. Examinations performed include adult echocardiograms, stress echocardiograms, contrast echocardiograms, transesophageal echocardiograms and pediatric echocardiograms.
Requirements
- A valid Echocardiography license from the ARDMS (American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography), CCI (Cardiovascular Credentialing International) OR registry eligible and obtain valid certification within 12 months of graduation
- Must have current CPR certification
Nice To Haves
- Previous echocardiography experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Operates diagnostic ultrasound equipment and produces cardiac images according to policy/protocol.
