About The Position
The Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Therapist will have expertise in both cardiac and pulmonary areas and may be a registered nurse, respiratory therapist, or exercise physiologist. This role will integrate the components of clinician, teacher, consultant, and researcher.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or Associate degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS). May be obtained upon hire.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
Nice To Haves
- Master's degree in Exercise Physiology preferred
- Unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Respiratory Therapist (RT) in the State of Colorado, or ability to obtain prior to start date, preferred
- ACSM Cancer Exercise Specialist (CES)
- Experience with EPIC preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
- Equivalent combinations of experience and education may be considered.
