About The Position

Radiology Associates of Florida (RAF), a Radiology Partners practice, is seeking a fellowship-trained Cardiothoracic Radiologist to join its Sarasota team. The position primarily supports Sarasota Memorial Hospital’s Sarasota and Venice campuses, which provide diagnostic and nuclear medicine services including CT, 3T MRI, and PET/CT, along with a dedicated breast imaging suite. The facilities are ACR-accredited and integrated with cancer, stroke, and emergency programs. The role offers flexible scheduling options and a Monday–Friday schedule with a mix of onsite and remote work. The case mix is approximately 50% cardiac imaging and 50% CT chest, including coronary CTA, structural heart CT, and cardiac MRI. Volumes may vary with clinical needs and other situational factors. Increased cardiac volume does not bring additional call responsibilities. A partnership track is available. RAF is a large, quality-oriented radiology practice with subspecialty-level interpretation, collaboration, and consultation across its locations. Its technology includes universal PACS, AI tools, integrated physician communication tools, and Mosaic Reporting, which uses ambient AI and large language models to structure reports from natural dictation. The practice is locally and democratically led and participates in medical education through affiliations with the University of South Florida and Florida State University programs. The salary range is $500,000–$1,000,000, with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. Compensation may vary based on factors such as education, experience, certifications, and geographic location. The position also offers a competitive total rewards package, subject to eligibility requirements.
