About The Position
Responsible for monitoring patient status via electronic systems and notification of the patient care team when a variance or audible alarm occurs according to policy.
Requirements
- High School Graduate or Equivalent required.
- ECG Certification required within 12 months of hire date by the American Board of Cardiovascular Medicine.
- Completion of cardiac arrhythmia course and/or demonstrated competency in rhythm analysis upon hire.
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology.
- Proficiency in computer programs required to perform the role.
Nice To Haves
- Cardiac rhythm interpretation experience strongly preferred.
