Cardiac Echo Sonographer - Casual Call
About The Position
We are hiring a Casual Call Cardiac Sonographer to join our La Crosse team! This is a 0 FTE position, casual call, meaning you can pick up shifts that work for you. Shifts are Monday-Friday, between 7:30 am and 5:00 pm. A minimum of 32 hours worked in a 6-week period is required. Our team of experts work in a variety of settings: Pediatrics, stress, structural heart, critical care, inpatient and outpatient. We offer same day travel opportunities to our outreach facilities as part of our mobile echo service.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved or accredited school of Echocardiography.
- Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer - Adult Echocardiography (RDCS-AE) within one year of hire date.
- Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers (with hands on learning) from one of the following programs; American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
Responsibilities
- Perform echocardiograms in various settings including Pediatrics, stress, structural heart, critical care, inpatient and outpatient.
- Participate in same day travel opportunities to outreach facilities as part of our mobile echo service.
