About The Position
Navigates patients through Cardiovascular services to provide care for these conditions or disease states. Assist nursing staff in providing quality outcomes for Cardiovascular patients. Responsible for educating nursing staff with treatment modalities and care of the cardiovascular patients. Assist with Chest Pain accreditation processes, protocols, and policy development through collaboration with providers and nursing using best practice guidelines.
Requirements
- Experience in navigating patients through Cardiovascular services.
- Ability to assist nursing staff in providing quality outcomes.
- Skills in educating nursing staff on treatment modalities and patient care.
- Experience with Chest Pain accreditation processes, protocols, and policy development.
- Collaboration skills with providers and nursing staff.
