About The Position
This role involves performing scheduled in-person and remote device checks, triaging daily alerts for timely resolution. The Cardiac Device Tech will process, document, and route diagnostic data to support clinical decision-making. Ensuring accurate entry of all charges and maintaining complete diagnostic reports is crucial. The role also requires maintaining open communication with physicians regarding report findings, critical alerts, or clinical concerns.
Requirements
- BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required
- Experience performing pacemaker and ICD checks
- Ability to accurately interpret device tracings

- Experience using PaceMate
- Experience performing remote and in person device checks in a clinic setting
