This role is within the Heart Rhythm/Device Department, where the Monitor Technician will work closely with the team lead and manager to ensure efficient patient flow for holter and event monitoring services. The role includes technical and administrative support, performing ECGs, and holter/event monitor setups. A critical aspect of this position is the ability to identify cardiac dysrhythmias, conduct monitor scanning, editing, and report preparation for provider review, contributing significantly to patient care and clinic operations. Cardiac Study Center (CSC) has partnered with MultiCare Health System to create Pulse Heart Institute (Pulse) to improve the health of cardiac patients. CSC has provided outpatient cardiology services in the Puget Sound Region for over 50 years. Pulse's standard operating procedure is to employ cardiology ambulatory and billing support staff at Cardiac Study Center, allowing for unique roles that benefit employee career development and resource needs in caring for patients.
