About The Position

Jefferson Health is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join the Center for Cardiac Anesthesia at Jefferson Health Montgomery in the Philadelphia suburbs. The role is part of a high-acuity, collaborative cardiac anesthesia service supporting advanced cardiac and thoracic surgical procedures in an academic anesthesia care-team model. The position is based at 609 West Germantown Pike, East Norriton, Pennsylvania.

The department is exploring a Monday–Friday schedule starting with 3/13s, while remaining open to other scheduling options.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program.
• Current CRNA certification from NBCRNA.
• Eligible for or currently licensed as a CRNA in Pennsylvania.
• Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Commitment to teamwork and patient safety.

Nice To Haves

• Cardiac anesthesia experience is preferred.
• Motivated new graduates with a strong interest in cardiac anesthesia will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for cardiac and thoracic surgical procedures, including CABG, valve repair or replacement, aortic surgery, structural heart cases, and advanced heart failure therapies.
• Collaborate with cardiac anesthesiologists in an academic, team-based environment.
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered anesthesia care in a fast-paced tertiary/quaternary care setting.
