This role is for a Cardiac Catheterization Technologist to join an award-winning team committed to quality, compassion, and community.

Requirements

• ARRT-R and license as required by State or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS)
• BCLS (AHA) required upon hire and maintain current
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within 30 days of hire
• Proficient computer skills

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a Cardiovascular Lab
• Cardiovascular technologist training program with emphasis in invasive cardiology and hemodynamic monitoring

Responsibilities

• Assist the physician (Cardiologist/Radiologist) by scrubbing procedures or monitoring physiologic and hemodynamic data, as related to diagnostic and/or therapeutic procedures performed in the cardiovascular lab.
• Ensure the procedure room is adequately prepared for the procedure.
• Monitor par level of all instruments and supplies.
• Participate in departmental staff meetings and performance improvement activities.
• Participate in the training of new staff.
• Assist in all aspects of invasive and noninvasive cardiac procedures.
