About The Position

The Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist works in a fast-paced, collaborative environment performing cardiac and vascular procedures. The role uses advanced imaging equipment, assists physicians during procedures, monitors patient vital signs, and helps maintain sterile technique, patient safety, and comfort. New graduates are welcome. Radiology Technologists who are eager to learn cardiac catheterization skills will receive training and support. The position is based in Mishawaka, Indiana, and offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus, growth opportunities into advanced imaging or leadership roles, competitive pay, tuition assistance, and continuing education support.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field.
• ARRT certification in Radiography or Cardiac Interventional; Cardiac Interventional certification is preferred.
• Indiana X-ray Machine Operator License.
• BLS and ACLS certifications, or the ability to obtain them within 60 days.
• Strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a high-acuity, team-oriented setting.

Nice To Haves

• ARRT certification in Cardiac Interventional (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform angiographic and interventional cardiac and vascular procedures.
• Operate advanced imaging equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic results.
• Assist physicians during procedures.
• Monitor patient vital signs and maintain sterile technique.
• Prepare exam rooms and position patients.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Optimize imaging for physician review.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
