About The Position

The Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist works on a high-performing team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, performing advanced cardiac and vascular procedures that directly affect patient care. New graduates are welcome, and Radiology Technologists who are new to cardiac catheterization can receive training and support. The role offers hands-on experience with cardiac technology and opportunities to grow into advanced imaging or leadership roles.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field.
• ARRT certification in Radiography or Cardiac Interventional; Cardiac Interventional is preferred.
• Indiana X-ray Machine Operator License.
• BLS and ACLS certifications, or the ability to obtain them within 60 days.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a high-acuity, team-oriented setting.

Nice To Haves

• ARRT certification in Cardiac Interventional.

Responsibilities

• Perform angiographic and interventional cardiac and vascular procedures.
• Operate advanced imaging equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic results.
• Assist physicians during procedures, monitor vital signs, and maintain sterile technique.
• Prepare examination rooms, position patients, and support patient safety and comfort.
• Optimize images for physician review and maintain accurate documentation.
