About The Position

The Cardiac Cath Lab Tech, Registered, Fulltime position at St Mary’s Hospital in Athens, GA involves the day-to-day clinical aspects of the Cardiac Cath Lab. The role ensures that all studies are performed and recorded safely, concisely, and professionally, adhering to departmental policies and procedures and nationally published standards.

Requirements

• Must be Registered Cardiovascular Tech, RRT or Paramedic to be eligible for the position.
• BLS and ACLS certified, thru American Heart Association (only)
• Successful completion of an approved cardiovascular program, or Respiratory program or Paramedic program.
• Must have Cath lab Tech experience to be considered for this position.

Nice To Haves

• RCIS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day-to-day clinical aspects of the Cardiac Cath Lab.
• Ensures that all studies are performed and recorded in a safe, concise and professional manner in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
• Responsible for assuring procedural compliance with all nationally published standards.
