Requirements
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot industrial machinery

Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
- Knowledge of cardboard or paperboard manufacturing processes is a plus
- technical training is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain cardboard manufacturing equipment to ensure smooth production flow
- Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality and consistency
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Assist in setting up machinery for different production runs
- Record production data accurately and report any discrepancies
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and quality standards
