Card Services Specialist - Contract

Sound Credit Union is currently seeking a Card Services Specialist to join our team! Requirements
- 6+ months experience in a bookkeeping or accounting functional area or the appropriate combination of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in card processing.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be bondable.
- Employer sponsorship to secure or maintain employment authorization is not available.
Nice To Haves
- 2+ years’ experience with credit/debit card procedures, products, and services preferred.
- Associates degree preferred, including completion of business; office skills; bookkeeping/accounting or related courses.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update member’s credit/debit card accounts and related functions.
- Perform dispute processing, including submissions via Visa Online, provisional credit and letters
- Research and correct various member and/or clerical discrepancies.
