Requirements

• Experience with bank or financial operations workflows
• Strong attention to detail in transaction-based processing
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working with payment exceptions and account research

Responsibilities

• Process credit card payment exceptions and conduct payment research
• Perform monetary adjustments and issue credit balance refunds
• Manage card-related email distribution and customer inquiries
• Research overdraft protection and assist with rewards enrollments
• Cross-check re-aged accounts and maintain credit balance reports
• Meet daily processing deadlines while maintaining quality standards
