South Carolina Federal Credit Union is currently seeking a Card Operations Accountant to join our team of outstanding Finance professionals in North Charleston, SC. As a Card Operations Accountant, a typical day might look like this: Reconcile a general ledger for an account. Provide management the daily outage and statistical reports. Research and resolve a credit card settlement adjustment. Reconcile the cash advances and partner with a co-worker in clearing an exception. Prepare journal voucher entries for posting and balance. Research and resolve a debit card settlement exception. Take a phone call from a retail sales teammate and assist them with a complex issue affecting a member. Validate the ATM cash delivery to cash orders and provide the appropriate general ledger entries. This job might be for you if: You are a whiz at Excel and love the technical side of reporting. You are analytical and enjoy researching and resolving complex situations. You are passionate about accounting principles and theory. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (or equivalent work experience)
  • at least a minimum of five years of similar or related experience
