Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Successfully complete pre-employment background checks.
- Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Service-minded with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work as part of a team and be adaptable to changing business needs.
- 1+ years of work experience in a service-oriented role.
- Responsible, dedicated, and dependable.
Responsibilities
- Inspect cards for quality and uphold the highest risk and Integrity standards.
- Work within a team to produce required results and meet company targets respecting deadlines.
- Inspect a set number of boxes per day with precision and accuracy.
- Spot errors and defects in cards and follow the proper procedure for replacing or removing them.
- Inform the manager about any type of incident.
- Set up card boxes for card change procedures.
- Maintain strong record-keeping.
