About The Position

Evolution is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Card Inspector to maintain the quality, accuracy, and integrity of gaming cards used in studio operations. The role involves inspecting card boxes, identifying defects, verifying card counts, and ensuring cards meet established quality standards before they are used. The Card Inspector also maintains accurate records and prepares card boxes for card change procedures, following established protocols for card replacement and termination when necessary.

The ideal candidate is responsible, organized, and attentive to detail, with the ability to perform repetitive inspection tasks accurately and consistently in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills, accurate recordkeeping, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are important. Candidates must be able to work shifts and follow management orders and assigned tasks accurately.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to obtain a New Jersey Gaming License.
• Must successfully complete a pre-employment background check.
• Basic computer skills.
• A high sense of responsibility.
• Attentiveness to detail and recordkeeping.
• Ability to work shifts.
• Ability to accurately fulfill direct management orders and work tasks.

Responsibilities

• Inspect a set number of card boxes each day accurately and thoroughly.
• Identify errors or defects in cards and follow the correct procedure to replace or remove them.
• Count and inspect cards when required.
• Oversee overall card quality.
• Prepare card boxes for card change procedures.
• Keep accurate, detailed records.
• Perform card termination procedures as needed or at a manager’s request.
