About The Position

This entry-level position is part of the prep department team and is responsible for washing and detailing vehicles before they are returned to customers. The role supports outstanding customer service by ensuring vehicles are clean and ready for delivery. It also involves maintaining loaner and demo vehicles and helping maintain dealership lot and service areas.

Requirements

• Hold a valid driver’s license and have a good driving record.
• Be able to drive vehicles with both automatic and manual transmissions.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a safety-minded and positive attitude.
• Be able to show initiative and work independently.
• Demonstrate attention to detail.
• Be willing to learn.
• Demonstrate the company’s Core Values every day.

Responsibilities

• Wash and dry vehicle exteriors and vacuum vehicle interiors for clients.
• Retrieve client vehicles from the parking lot after their bills are paid.
• Maintain loaner and demo vehicles to ensure they are clean for client use.
• Assist with maintenance of the dealership lot and service areas, including shoveling or removing snow during winter.
• Provide friendly, client-focused service.
